Refund policy
Overview At Relovib, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to shop with complete confidence. If for any reason you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we're here to make it right.
Return Eligibility We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Items that show signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or are missing components may not qualify for a full refund.
Non-Returnable Items The following are not eligible for return:
- Items returned after the 30-day window
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Items purchased during final sale or promotional clearance events
How to Initiate a Return To start a return, contact our support team within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, the reason for your return, and photos if the item is damaged or defective. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we'll send you instructions on how to proceed.
Return Shipping If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, Relovib will cover the return shipping cost. If you're returning the item for personal reasons (change of mind, ordered the wrong size, etc.), the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
Refund Processing Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you by email whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and credited back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
Damaged or Defective Items If your Relovib arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you — no need to return the item in most cases.
Exchanges We don't offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different item, simply return your original order for a refund and place a new order.
Order Cancellations If you need to cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible. We can cancel and fully refund orders that haven't yet been dispatched. Once an order has shipped, it will need to go through the standard return process.
